Please note:

• Clients arriving 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
• Appointments can only be booked up to 1 hour in advance. 
• You can only cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. 
• If you miss an appointment for any reason without prior notice before 24 hours, we will not refund your deposit.
